The Uganda Association of Public Administration and Management (UAPAM) is the Uganda Chapter of the African Association of Public Administration and Management (AAPAM). Membership is open to individuals, institutions, and networks committed to advancing excellence, professionalism, and innovation in public administration and management in Uganda.

By joining UAPAM, you become part of a professional community that connects with government ministries, local governments, civil society, academia, private sector, and international partners to transform public service delivery.
