About Us

Uganda Association of Public Administration and Management (UAPAM) is a national professional organization that promotes best practice, excellence, and professionalism in public administration and management in Uganda through research, publications, training, consultancy, conferences, and awards.
As the Uganda Chapter of the African Association of Public Administration and Management (AAPAM), UAPAM contributes to regional and continental transformation agendas such as the African Union Agenda 2063, SDGs, and Uganda’s National Development Plan III.
